Attorney - Founding Partner
My name is Andrew Nolan and I am a founding partner of Peters & Nolan, LLC. My mission is to help my clients and their families successfully weather the toughest times of their lives. I am based in Grand Junction, Colorado and I value close, personal attention to each client's situation.
In the past 25 years, I have handled over 100 jury trials. My extensive litigation and jury trial experience allow me to negotiate the best settlements possible in the majority of the personal injury and criminal cases I handle. However, if trial is necessary, my clients have the peace of mind knowing I've been there many times before and I will fight for them to obtain the best outcome in their case.
I have represented thousands of injured and accused clients in cases involving car, truck, motorcycle and pedestrian accidents, dog attacks, wrongful death, and traumatic brain and spine injuries, as well as all criminal offenses from DUI and other misdemeanors to the most serious felony charges. I am continuously evolving in my ability to represent my clients and I am dedicated to being the most prepared litigator every time I walk into a court room.
I believe clients should work directly with their attorney and receive the personal attention they deserve. In my boutique practice, I limit the number of cases I handle in order to prioritize the quality of my representation and attention to the needs of my clients.
I earned my law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1997 and I am licensed to practice in Colorado and California. If you or someone you know has been seriously injured or accused of a crime, I would love to earn the opportunity to handle the matter.
